ML4.2 in Eastern Mojave desert

Yesterday at 6:55 pm, there was a ML4.2 quake in the eastern Mojave desert area, 32 miles south-southwest of Baker. A few residents of Newberry Springs, Twentynine Palms & Apple Valley reported feeling it.

There was a M3.0 quake at 1:51 PM this Sunday afternoon (April 6, 2008), located 11 miles WSW of Ludlow, CA. This quake was felt in the Ludlow region, but was not felt anywhere else due to the remote location.

M3.0 Earthquake – 26 Miles SSE of Calexico

There was a M3.0 quake at 6:15PM Wednesday night, located 26 miles SSE of Calexico, CA. This event was near where the M 4.2 earthquake occurred on Saturday, and in the area where the Cerro Prieto (Northern Baja) swarm continues.
